experience

I have a diverse background working in both in-house and agency settings. My experience includes corporate communications for a mental health nonprofit and a skincare brand, as well as PR work across the gaming, tech, travel, and hospitality industries. I’m especially eager to continue growing in the travel space, helping brands share their stories and bring their visions to life.

I am interning with the Global Partnerships Activations team at AEG for the 2025-2026 Los Angeles Kings season. In this role, I manage and track all sponsorship deliverables for partners of the Los Angeles Kings, logging in-game signage, dasherboards, social mentions, and media exposure to ensure contractual fulfillment and accurate ROI reporting. I execute premium partner activations and VIP experiences, including suite hosting, gifting, and executive engagement during games, to strengthen client relationships. Additionally, I develop detailed mid-year reports highlighting activation performance, visibility, and overall sponsorship value.

I interned with the Hospitality Marketing team at LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games in the summer of 2025. During my internship, I supported cross-functional operational and marketing strategies for celebrity involvement tied to the global sporting events. I conducted hospitality marketing research, helped develop go-to-market communications with official partner On Location, and reviewed premium hospitality collateral. I also strengthened my project management skills by organizing assets, editorial calendars, and workflows in Asana, Smartsheet, and Sortable, while creating standardized codes and org charts to improve internal alignment.

As a PR Associate at Modern Currency PR, I worked alongside a range of hospitality clients, including Four Seasons Maui, Providence LA, and L’antica Pizzeria Da Michele. I was responsible for monitoring media coverage and drafting comprehensive reports to provide clients with detailed insights on campaign progress and performance. I helped to create quarterly strategy presentations highlighting travel trends, seasonal story angles, and key media targets. To showcase key metrics, insights, and ROI, I developed end-of-year PR and digital marketing reports.

Summer of 2024 I worked as a PR and Marketing Intern at JSA+ Partners. At this consumer tech and gaming agency, I worked across a diverse roster of clients, including Yahoo, Exploding Kittens, and EA. As my first experience in an agency setting, I quickly learned to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I wrote executive bylines to elevate C-suite visibility in top-tier publications like Forbes, pitched over 100 reporters, and cultivated strong relationships to boost media coverage. I also delivered detailed briefings to client executives ahead of interviews, thought leadership opportunities, and industry events. Additionally, I successfully submitted clients for key industry awards, enhancing their public recognition and credibility.

As a Corporate Affairs Intern at HydraFacial, I gained hands-on experience in in-house communications and the beauty industry. I created content for HydraFacial’s corporate social channels, driving a 40% increase in engagement, 56% growth in impressions, and a 5% rise in followers over two months. I developed a press release template for partners to announce HydraFacial’s availability in their practices, helping amplify the brand’s earned media value (EMV). Additionally, I supported the CEO’s personal brand across LinkedIn and Instagram, strengthening executive visibility. I conducted market research, tracked consumer trends, and analyzed competitor data to support the early development of HydraFacial’s first Global Skincare Report.

Summer of 2022 I worked as a communications intern at Active Minds, the leading nonprofit for student mental health. As a cause that is deeply personal to me, it was incredibly rewarding to help elevate awareness around such an important mission. I developed and presented the communications strategy for the national launch of 988, a three-digit suicide prevention hotline. I monitored and logged national media coverage of the organization, wrote blog content on student mental health, and conducted outreach to local journalists to support the Send Silence Packing tour. The following summer, I had the honor of representing Active Minds as a speaker at the Arbonne Foundation Empower Live 2023 conference in Las Vegas, where I shared my personal story and experience with the organization.
